How do I use a batch import CD?

How long does it take to photograph each class?

We always like to produce perfect photographs every time so when photographing whole class groups we require about 5 minutes per class.

When taking the individual photographs we need between 5 and 10 minutes per class.

What order is best when we bring each class down for their photographs?

In our experience we have found it is best to bring the pupils in height order (tallest first) when taking the whole class photos, but you are welcome to bring them in any order when we are taking the individual photographs.

Should we bring down one group of students at a time or bring them all down at once?

Classes should be brought down one after another.

We recommended the class waiting to be photographed should be kept out of view to avoid distractions.

How long does it take to get the proof cards to us after the photographer has been?

The proofs should be with you within 14 working days. If you require them before this time, please let our customer service department know and we will be happy to ensure they are with you as soon as we can.

How long do our parents have to place the order after the proofs arrive at our school?

We allow 10 days for the parents to order, this allows us to be able to process your orders as soon as possible. If you require more time please let us know and we will be happy to arrange a later date to collect from you.
