After I have handed my order to the school when will I receive my photos?

You should receive the final photographs approximately 14 working days after we collect the orders from your school.

I have missed the school deadline. Can I still order and when will I receive them?

Yes, but you need to send the order direct to our offices enclosing the appropriate administration fee. If the order arrives after the schools deadline we are not able to guarantee that the order will arrive at the same time as the rest of the school photographs.

What do I do if I have lost the proof?

You can still order from us. Please give us a call and we will identify the photograph and have it sent out to you.

My photos were scratched or damaged when they arrived. Is it possible to get a replacement?

Yes it is. We always endeavour to make sure your photos arrive with you in the best possible condition but, if you do have any problems just give our customer service a call and we will send out another copy to you.

The school didn’t have a proof card for me what can I do?

This is no problem. Just ask the school for the ID number of the image you require (this can be found on the index sheet of images supplied to every school), then call or email us and we will talk you through the order process.

Where do I send reorder forms?

Reorder forms must be sent directly to our offices and NOT to the school.

My proof has a mark on it. Will this show up on the final print?

We endeavour to produce the best quality final prints but, if there are any marks on the Proof Card that you are concerned about, please circle the area on the proof and we will double check this before printing your final order.

Can we pay by credit or debit card?

Yes you can. Your order will come with a Credit/Debit card payment slip. Please fill this out and return it with your order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Maestro cards at this time.

Can we pay by cheque?

Yes you can. Please fill out your cheque correctly, remember to sign it, and write your name and address and your child’s name and class on the reverse.
