How do we arrange to have our whole school photographed?
All you need to do is to call or email our customer service department and they
will arranged a date and time suitable to you. |
How much space do you need to set up the staging and camera?
Please call our customer service department who will advise you of the size area
required depending on the total amount of pupils being photographed. |
How many pupils can you photograph using your staging?
We can photograph a total of 700 pupils. We can accommodate 600 on
the staging and another 100 standing and sitting at the front of the group. |
Can the
panoramic photograph be taken inside or outside?
Depending on the size of your school hall we can usually fit out
staging inside or during good weather the photograph can be taken outside. If
the space is available then it is completely up to you whether it is inside or
out. |
Can we have
the photograph taken with the school in the background?
Usually this is possible but, please take into consideration where
the sun will be when the pupils are being photographed. To guarantee a good
photograph the sun MUST be behind the staging so that the pupils aren’t facing
the sun and squinting. |
What order
should we bring the pupils to you?
The pupils will be placed on the staging with the tallest in the
school at the back in the middle. The best way to bring all the pupils to us, is
in height order with the tallest first. If it is not possible to put the whole
school in height order then please bring them out in individual classes or form
order with the tallest first, we will then arrange the whole school into order. |
How long does
it take to build the staging?
To build the staging for up too 250 pupils takes about one hour, for
up too 350 pupils about one and a half hours and to build the entire staging for
600-700 it will take two hours. |
Do you need
anything else to organise the Panoramic photograph?
We will also require a single row of chairs to place in front of the
staging, the photographers will advise how many will be needed on the day. |
We have more
than one colour of uniforms, can we have them arranged into a pattern?
Yes, you can have the uniforms arranged into a pattern. You MUST let
the photographers know before they start to arrange the pupils. |
